That dial never ceases to grab my attention.
I have a blue dial 6139 that I refer to as a "Cevert" because it was worn by the racecar driver but I recently went into a fancy vintage watch boutique and the salesman said, "Nice Pogue" - which is to say I think anyone splitting hairs about whether you have a "true" Pogue is being fussy.

The Seiko “Pogue” chronograph is one of the most interesting and distinctive watches from the 1970s. They have earned the nickname the “Pogue” since Colonel William R. Pogue wore a similar watch during a NASA Skylab mission in 1973, making it the first automatic chronograph to be worn in space.
It is interesting to me that the Seiko Pogue got that nickname while the Bulova Lunar Pilot was never called the Bulova Scott. 🤣 Perhaps it is a Seiko thing; after all, there is also the Seiko Arnie.

It has to come from the pogue region, otherwise it's just a sparkling chronograph.

Yes, it's a Seiko thing. They famously eschew naming their watches. Laurel, Alpinist, Speedtimer, Marinemaster and not many more. Vast majority are known under reference prefixes (SKX, SARB) or nicknames.
For start it should be original without non Seiko aftermarket spare parts. That itself is a challenge to get
