Check out Nodus. They’ve got some great watches in that price range
I also like the look of the Brew. For something left field there's Mr Jones. Straton for period styled chronos. Baltany's homage to the VC 1921 is well within budget.
I'll throw the Zelos hat in to the ring just to give you another choice to consider.
