Can anyone identify...

...this clock that I bought at Restoration Hardware in the mid-1990's.  It is quartz and is made of metal.

Thanks in advance @OscarKlosoff .

The movement.

Where and when did you get it? Is it mechanical? Is the bezel wooden or plastic?

Great find and welcome to WatchCrunch!

The movement.

The sticker seems to denote the Certified Local Governments of Oklahoma. Perhaps it was used by the railroads? The movement is very common and universal. Try replacing the battery. Any good clockmaker should be able to help with this.

Looks like someone tried to sneak a battery out of jail...

Does this 1974 Oklahoma railroad map help at all?

Overpriced junk if you ask me. You could have gotten a clock with the same movement for less at Homegoods.
