Gorgeous dial

Wow! 🤩I just added this to my bucket list. Amazing watch, Ron! What is the reference number?

I love my San Martin GMT. When they released their teal triad of watches, they hit it out of the park. It’s a Chinese watch I’m proud to own

Appreciated, and yep. The bracelet feels like silk on the wrist. Has a slide-lock clasp, too--so sizing is impeccable and easy.

I'm hoping San Martin keeps getting inventive, and I agree that the teal watches (and the series they come from) are really strong offerings entirely on their own merits.

The teal chrono calls my name routinely, and so far I resist, but only because my watch budget for this year is spent unless and until I have enough saved to travel, and because I have an SN0115G, brown dial, coming (and two more less expensive other brand pieces).

Re: "It’s a Chinese watch I’m proud to own"

Agreed. To me, the build quality and finishing are really surprising for the money. That--and that these models are a clean step up from typical homages--are why I stayed with San Martin for the two sorta "better/affordable" pieces that fit my budget this year.

I'm proud to support a Chinese company going in a good direction 🤝

You are so right, I completely missed it 🤦 😂

Such a lovely face.

Thank you!

Before it arrived, I loved the photos and renders I saw and I just hoped the dial and colours would be at least close to my expectations, but this is way past what I expected.

Definitely a fun watch in summer time colours. And their pricing is generally very fair. Some people are paying 50% more for a MoonSwatch - each to their own.

Re: "...each to their own"

Yep. I can see liking the MoonSwatch and lusting after one, especially for an Omega fan.

But this is better for me.

MoonSwatch is not for me!

I briefly glanced at the icon on WRUW and instantly recognized the SanMartin. It's a good sign that they make watches that are this idiosyncratic.

Its originals are super competitive
