Bay Days are on

The Hudson’s Bay Company is having their Bay Days sale. In my local store today they were advertising 35% off Seiko, Citizen, G-Shock and Timex. Bulova had a smaller discount. For Canadians or visitors who are considering the purchase of one of these makes, consider patronizing our last surviving Canadian-owned department store chain. History shows that when department store chains close, they’re gone for good. And no, WalMart isn’t just as good.

Yeah I dropped in to try on a few SPRDs and SRPEs. Everything on their website under Seiko was in the display case.

I think the sale is up on April 30th so there's lots of time left.

Probably the best time to get a Seiko 5 in Canada! $280 shipped with a warranty is great (I got mine for $260 on eBay, no warranty).

Recently picked through the selection in a certain prairie city's downtown mall, but didn't find anything good.
