It’s because you can build cooler watches than we can purchase.

I think that’s the Crystal Trophy Ice Blue Panda numbered limited edition isn’t it? Congratulations!

·

Beautiful @wristwatchexplorer ! Is it a quartz or mechanical movement?

Congratulations on a great watch!

I haven’t pulled the trigger yet on this, but it’s a fave! The dimensions are spot on for me 👍. Congratulations 🎉

Thanks! It is the limited edition version. But they produced 10,000 of them so.. probably not gonna run out for awhile! Haha

Perfect watch and car pairing!

Ha! first off, you know your stuff if you could tell the car from this pic! Also, I sent this picture to the person who gifted me the watch and said exactly the same thing—the car and the watch are both perfect examples of Japanese precision and technology applied to traditional analog products—and joked that this is the Speedtimer’s natural habitat ;)

I am an AP2 owner as well so can’t miss it 😂

Awesome, the Seikotona is a great watch - unless you spend upwards of $3k on an auto chronograph these make a lot of sense to me. Accuracy of a quartz movement with the practicality of solar.

·

Love it! Here’s ours, actually the third one I’ve had over the past 20 years ;)

Now I’m gonna need a new car to match the watch 😅

They’re a good match—especially the dial on your speedtimer and the color of this car ;)

I’ll run it by my wife and get back to you 😂

I mean…you said you showed her the watch and she ended up getting it for you, so just show her the car and see what happens?

Most underrated watch. The wear is just sublime. A lot of people like berating the bracelet. Until they live with it.

Nice piece.
