Q TIMEX Chrono!
What can I say!? This thing is baaad asss! It ticks all the boxes. Well designed, well built, vintage vibes without being a clone to the Daytona, from a great heritage company! Looks great on my 7’ wrist. I personally like the big “Q” at the twelve and the fact that it is unabashedly quartz. The best $200 I have ever spent. I love this watch. So much so, I might get the reverse color way. It came on a leather band, which suited it perfectly, here I was trying it on a rubber strap, but I do prefer the look and feel of this watch better on the leather. Great job Timex.

The wearability for the leather strap is good. Timex has really good leather straps. The “S.B. Tanning co.” Ones. They are high quality. In fact, I have been putting Timex leather straps on other watches I have, that’s how much I like them..plus they are inexpensive! I have looked at other after market strap companies and they charge waaay too much. Timex really excels with their straps. I really like the wearability of their rubber straps too. (At least the ones from the “Q” line of watches.

Timex is like a family affair for me. It's my brother's favorite brand, and his first watch was a digital Timex back in the early 2000s. I owned a 2017 Timex Marlin Edition (which I rarely had an occasion to wear). It was from their first batch when Timex restarted using mechanical movements. He just had a baby, and to commemorate the occasion, I gifted it to him.
