I’m considering my first vintage watch purchase, but I’m unsure where to find a good variety at good prices. I want a vintage piece that speaks to me and teaches me how to own a vintage watch without breaking the bank. I’ve looked around on Chrono24 and E-bay, but I don’t know what sellers to trust. I’d also love to find a vintage brick and mortar or watch fairs to touch and feel some vintage watches. Any suggestions?

Thanks for the suggestion. Your watchmaker has a very cool site and a nice variety.
I'm currently located in Doha, Qatar, but I'll be relocating back to the US next month.

Thanks for pointing me towards these sites. I love looking through all the vintage watches.
I have been lucky with my local flea markets and thrift stores, but you must haunt them regularly. Get to know the vendors, show them what's on your wrist, etc. I have found three Omegas and two Le Coultres this way, and older Timex's, which I like a lot.
What about a modern affordable timepiece, with references to vintage watchmaking?🙌
