FF has never made any impact on me, despite its heritage. Submariner the opposite, has always been my #1 all-time watch.

I chose a Sub Date but I'm considering a Bathyscaphe. Love them both!

The only Sub I would spend money on would be the Hulk.
Otherwise, I prefer the Sea Dweller 4000 with the missing cyclops.
Long story short, if my choices were the two watches pictured (black dial black bezel), I'd go Fifty Fathoms.
