Weekend movie watch spotting
Ever since becoming a watch nerd, everytime a watch shows up in movies I pause and zoom in, anyone else?
Let's share what you have spotted, not best or worst, just any.
Netflix pushed Bourne Identity to us this Sat night, and I saw this:
This is the moment when Jason Bourne opened up the deposit box at the bank.
I can only tell it's a Tag Heuer, not familiar with the brand so not sure about the model. Googling is easy though, it is a well documented movie watch, a TAG Heuer Link Chronograph.
Still doesn't ring a bell at all, my watch age is too young I guess...

I just rewatched The Exorcist for the first time since I got into watches, and I could barely pay attention in one of the scenes with the doctor because of this:
I thought at first that it might be a blue Daytona, but turns out it’s a Heuer Autavia. Cool watch!

Check out For All Mankind on Apple. An amazing show for watch spotting (and a very good show to boot). Lot's of Speedmasters, of course, but only one of the main characters wears his off mission and they all wear watches. My wife and I spied a Bulova Accutron Astronaut, a Rolex GMT Master (period incorrect apparently) and a Timex Sprite roulette in just the first episode!
