And a strap that matches your suit. A Zelos Swordfish 40 in Sage on a Wrist Candy Watch Club gray fabric/leather strap may not be the dressiest option, but it's too perfect a combo to pass up. I'll be letting my younger, cooler brother wear this one while I wear my dressier Seiko Alpinist 1959 Recreation to go with my shoes and belt.

Wrist Candy Watch Club. It's a very thin pass-through strap with a thin leather backing. Feels weirdly cheap and flimsy, yet super, super comfortable. Actually bought it for occasional use on my strapmomster Islander x TGV Rangemaster, but for this sunny summer LA wedding only, the fantastic factory bracelet's coming off the Zelos.

Crazy happenstance, right? Wasn't even thinking of this strap when I went to get the suit and they match shockingly well.

This sage Swordfish 40 was one of the only Zelos models that truly appealed to me, the one color I really wanted when it was announced, and the slowest selling color that batch; it was truly meant to be.
