JLC Reverso - Monoface vs Duoface or Duetto

I recently bought a JLC Reverso Duoface. The gentleman at the JLC Boutique told me that majority of his clients chose Duoface or Duetto over Monoface. Obviously there are some who prefer the Monoface instead. One of my colleagues is also planning to get a JLC Reverso Monoface, because he feels the Monoface is more faithful to the original design compares to the Duoface. If you have bought or are planning to get a Reverso, and if your pick is the Monoface version, what is your primary reason? By the way, I can only include a maximum of 4 options. If your answer is "other", please feel free to share your thoughts through a comment.

E the JLC Duoface makes a two in one watch

Monoface for me. Not only is the monoface more classic and generally thinner, I don't think the second face is necessary. I find it ostentatious. I think the Reverso works best if one side is grand and the other side is stealth. It's not unlike a mullet in this regard.

The Duoface just serves the same purpose in two styles.

B will ruin the value of the watch, I don't mean it's the most important factor, just saying.

Duo face, with different colour dials, one of the most unique feature in watch industry, and a fantastic one !!

Two watches serves the same purpose in two styles.

I like the duo face: It You have two watches (you pay for that too)

While I much prefer the Duoface, I have imagined that if I were to get a Monoface I would like to get it engraved or be lucky enough to get one of the limited edition ones that have intricate art designs. Then, I could wear a watch on one hand and wear the Reverso with the art side / engraved side showing on my other hand as more of a bracelet. I don’t know why this thought comes up a lot when I think of wearing a Monoface Reverso… but seems like it could be a fun style choice / conversation starter.

The Duoface is a fun idea if it was your only watch. But I like too many watches. I’d rather put that money to a different watch.

In the poll question, I just randomly picked one Reverso model that has both the Monoface and Duoface versions to show the difference on the reverse side between the two..

But woo.. this watch on your wrist looks much more beautiful than how it looks in the stock photos. Good job!
