New Piece!
Wife and I celebrated 10 years in November before Thanksgiving in the mountains of NC. She gifted me a fantastic new watch.
Apparently, Aluminum is the “10yr Gift”, so here is my new Aluminum Hamilton watch. The lightness is refreshing and oh so comfortable. Solid build quality and has been a joy to wear. I switched up the original strap to a bit more comfy orange canvas two piece, but as you can barely see in the picture I wasted no time getting the watch wet by dunking it the next day when we went fly fishing.
She researched and picked it all on her own (this a huge step) and kept me in the dark, I prayed for a watch between us😉, she delivered. She isn’t a watch nerd, she has Rolex, Cartier, and Tiffany watches, all that have been gifts, but can most often be found in her Apple Watch. I’m so proud of our 10yrs and that she was able to surprise me and get something even I didn’t know about, that I totally dig too.

I didn’t even know the watch existed and it has all the attributes I love. Internal rotating bezel,
Arabic numerals, and a date. For me, about perfect.

They had been on my radar, but I never told her that, just that I don’t like traditional dive watches a ton. This is a countdown style and works well. I find that the tension has to be right, too loose or sloppy and it is not functional or too tight and hard to set, you’ll never use it.

Yep, 23”/24” Brown, we were fortunate to get all three, Brown, Rainbow, and Brook!
