How do I get this pins out?

Help! The pins in my San Martin are refusing to come out. Tried to follow this video and tried using pliers to pull out but only 2 out of 4 came out.

Help is much appreciated!

Are you sure you push them to the right side?

I have just noticed there is no “right side” on that bracelet.

Looks like pin and collar to me.

You need a smaller diameter and longer length pin-punching tool in order push the pins all the way out.

How does that look like? Possible to share a photo?

There's a tool set that's basically a little hammer (like what they hit your knee with at the doctor) and a tiny screwdriver that's just a skinny pin. You can knock the screwdriver into the hole to ding out the pin on your bracelet. You just want to be a little careful because if you bend your pin, you won't be able to reattach your link after you size it.

I'll chime in with some Military Wisdom:

If it moves and it shouldn't: Duct Tape

If it doesn't move and it should: WD-40

If it works for helicopters, it'll work for your bracelet 😉

My phone doesn’t do a good job capturing it 🙁 however, I did buy a small bracelet sizing kit here: https://a.co/d/9HO7nHA and that seemed to do the job

I used those similar almost I butchered the metal bracelet and put on a leather strap the watch was never damaged just the watch. My big lesson learned never attempt if you don’t have proper tools.
