I was always intrigued by Nomos but was put of by the long lugs, I finally got to try one on and I instantly fell in love.
The orange second hand gives a playful touch without becoming to flashy. It stays a casual watch which is perfect for the summer.

I am Curious about Nomos too. Whats your wrist size Tizi , and what model did u go for? The long lugs is not a deal breaker for me, but its been on my mind also...
It's a beautiful watch!

My wrist is 18cm circumference and about 5.5cm flat on top.
I went for club 738, 38.5mm Diameter and 48.9mm lug to lug.

Love this watch. Seems to wear well on your wrist. I’ve never tried any of theirs on in person, but I’ve almost ordered many times.
I bought the Club Atlantik Date a while ago and I‘m super in love with this watch! The lugs are quite long, but it fits the design language IMO. Also the seethrough case back is such a nice bonus

I would recommend trying them on before. I was set on a 36mm because of the lug to lug but in the end the bigger model looked much better :)
My daily driver is a 38.5mm Club Date Dunkel, and I've really come to love the lugs. Not only do they provide a subtly unique look, the way they hit the watch can also create something of an odd illusion that makes the circular shape of the case absolutely pop in a glorious festival of roundness, one rivaled only perhaps by certain vintage Omegas .
If I were to ever spend a this amount on a watch, it would be a Nomos. Maybe the Autobahn, idk. I dig a lot of their stuff.
Nice watch! Germany is yet to be represented in my collection. Nomos is certainly a contender for that spot. Nice watch.
Are some of them wound manually?
Are some of them wound manually?
Yes, a lot actually. The entry level Nomos pretty much all have a manual movements :)
