VC for me. I tried one on recently and loved it, and the complete calender is a true VC movement, unlike the entry model 56.
If Rolex made enough watches to meet the waiting list demand the secondary market prices would drop like a brick. As value retention is a key reason many choose Rolex, they won't do it, they could easily as they are all machine made, instead they make more Tudor so they don't devalue the Rolex brand.
I liked some of the more classic Rolexes, but I see them differently now. Other brands have improved and refined designs, complications and materials, making Rolex watches look tired and dated rather than classic. Now, whichever Rolex I consider, there is a much better alternative.
