Question, does anyone knows why they don't make aluminum watches anymore?
I genuinely miss them from the 90's 2000's
Sure is not because aluminum is a more delicate material...

Had a couple of aluminium watches back in the day, never lasted long tho, I eat chilli pretty much every meal so guess my sweat is very acidic as they just rotted/corroded .
Only ally watch I'm aware of is a Hamilton pilot, but I avoid watches made of easily correded metals...

I like the off center sub dial hands
On the aluminium thing, my guess is that galvanic corrosion had something to do with it. Aluminium and stainless steel do not work well together.
