What made you think it's not legit? Was there something wrong or questionable about it when you got it? Where did you get it from?
I'm sorry for the questions. It's odd to me to question a watch's legitimacy when it arrives. If you bought it from Aliexpress or from someone online known to sell fakes, then why buy it? I don't see anything wrong in the pictures. Nothing to say it's a fake. Looks like you have all the correct paperwork. What makes you question?

It's just it's my first expensive watch and my first Seiko. So just filled with a lot of questions.

The movement looks good from the back (used to own an SRPD myself, spent a long time looking at the 4R36 case back). I was going to ask that the lume on the hands looks quite different from the lume on the indices but that looks like a particularity from this SRPD59K1 model, it shows up even in stock pictures.
Looks fine to me, enjoy your first auto! Be aware it gets additive from here on!
