As far as timekeeping, the Bulova is in a league of it's own. So if accuracy is important, Bulova all day long. I actually think the Casio is prettier though. I do have a Casio Edifice and recently they tossed out the software that went with it and switched over to a different app, which I don't like. The previous app was very premium looking, but the new one is a generic Casio universal app. I'm just bringing this up because I think it's kinda crappy that I bought one nice thing and it got downgraded.

Lorier is easier to read. The time is easier to read, and at the end of the day..... That's what a watch is for.

I have 3 ST19's and all three are perfect, keep perfect time and I got no problem being proud of them. I'd recommend them all day long.
