Good day Crunchers! Many years ago, I bought this same watch except that it was on the OEM rubber strap and I hated it. Long story short I didn't like the watch altogether and I returned it.
Fast forward to now, I am looking at this very watch with different eyes and I am thinking about giving it another try.
Have you ever ran into this dilemma? Returning a watch then to buy it again years later?
Also, another reason I returned it was because it looked small on my wrist. I have an 8 inch wrists BUT I am slowly losing weight.
Here are the specs on it:
Thanks in advance!😎

I've got 8.5" wrists. I love my FUGU and have never perceived it as being too small.
This watch is a real beauty. I don’t have this one but I have a couple other citizens. I think anyone who likes dive watches will like this watch very much. Plus you know it’s been wet tested 🌈
There have been several times I have given a watch a second or even third chance. Sometimes it pays off. And congrats on the weight loss. I’m on that same journey myself.
Fool me once...😅
I've sold and re-bought 3 or so watches over the years. Usually it was something I sold impulsively to fund a "gotta have it" thing that I later realized wasn't nearly as good as what I gave up to get it. The good news is that, so far, only one of those has been hard to re-buy for significantly less than I spent the first time ;)
Congrats on losing some weight from a fellow 8” wrister.
Never had your problem, but seeing a watch I thought about briefly now being on outrageous sale…hhhmmm
I really think Best way to go Citizen these days is titanium . Incredible value
Nice watch, though I would say keep the OEM straps or bracelet off and put it on either a nato strap or a rubber strap. Heck, put it on leather as your GADA even.
They're good no nonsense watch.
I like that dial. Have to get used to that crown.
I’ll see the reason why I let go and if the reason no longer makes sense to me, I would try it again.
