New CasiOak for my birthday! [GAB2100-1A]
New G-Shock for my 53rd birthday! My wife asked what I wanted and I told her I had a "cheap" watch in my cart to order next week. She said, "Get it." 😎
There are so many G-Shocks I want but 1st I wanted a CasiOak with just the right design. For me, this is it, the GAB2100-1A. It is mostly dark charcoal but has bright hands, and a positive digital display, and I love the red day hand. Tough Solar and Bluetooth connectivity functions as well.
Arrived from Casio in just 3 days. I absolutely love it. A great addition to my little collection. ⚡️⚡️

Happy Birthday dude! Great pick on that Casioak!
They offer good bang for buck with their specifications and when I’m hiking, motorhoming or doing yard work I know I don’t have to keep it in mind. It will take the knocks,mud and water. I just leave it facing some UV source and Bluetooth it every now and then to sync time etc.

I'd love to do a different strap, is it easy on these? do I need a special kit or anything? Thanks.
Super easy. There is an adapter that you can get from eBay. See the photo I attached. All you need is that and a spring bar tool, which comes with the adapter. You can get it for 20mm or 22mm bands. I got both. The one I posted is on a 20mm strap.
