This is how I imagine it going.  

"I would like a new Sub please.  They are $9000 right?"

"Yes they are but we do not have stock. We can put you on a list or you can walk out with this 3 year old CPO Sub for $10,500." 

"Sweet I will take it......" *lists it on Chono24 for $14500 two hours later.
