Under £40? No idea. Timex might have something stateside. Your best bet is to go on alibaba and find a style you like. Quality at that pricepoint is going to be a shot in the dark.

I've found it takes about 3 weeks to Florida. I don't mind but I understand not wanting to wait. In that case, I suggest an Invicta Pro Diver. They are inexpensive and well-made -- quartz or NH35.

Casio Duro comes with a green bezel, but a black dial. It's quartz, but is around that price range. Maybe a few pounds more.
