Have you ever lost a watch?
I wore a watch out this morning and then came home. I took it off when I returned. I couldn’t find it for hours. Just as I started to worry it fell off at the hardware store it turned up, next to the sonos.
Anticlimactic, I know..

Yes. My ex gf got me this and I have turned the house upside down. Nothing.
First I thought I got rid of it after we broke up, but I still had it....
But still can't find it.
I had a watch get accidentally thrown away. It was on my night stand with a waste basket on the floor next to it and it got knocked off into the bin and then the trash was emptied and the same day the outside trash was picked up!

I put one of my citizen eco drives on the window sash (behind the curtains) to charge & forgot I did that. I couldn't find it for 3 days!
I came home in November and 90 of my watches were gone, does that count?

This. I do this all the time. When I suddenly lose a watch I have learned to check the windowsill! 😂
Yeah. Brought my Swatch Chrono from back in the days to a watchmaker to get it back up (weird, ey...) in working condition, and somehow it vanished. No big deal for me as i ve so many other watches and there was no real 'bond' to that Chrono, but still it s lost in time and space
