Sometimes aftermarket is better.
I just could not deal with the stock Velcro strap that came with the FXD, no matter how hard I tried. I prefer this ribbed nato from WatchGecko 1000%

I agree and the only good thing about them being so underrated is that you can now pick them up at steep discounts.
Taxes in, $428 for a brand new watch. From a site called “Shop Premium Outlets”. Unfortunately they are no longer running the promotion I took advantage of!
I had the same concern as you, given my wrists are only 6 and a 1/4. I’ve been honestly shocked at how this watch just wears so much slimmer than it’s thickness would lead you to believe - even with the extra bit of material from this strap.

FXD on Braided Strap
Wasn’t sure is this was going to work, but I think so! It’s also fairly thin, which helps keep the thickness of the watch in check.
