Finally pulled the trigger on the Farer Carnegie after eyeing it up ever since it was released. This is going to be a strong honeymoon!
Got it on a brown Horween leather strap - picked up the bracelet too and in the pic it's on an orange silicone number I found on Amazon. All options suit it well and can tone down or dial up the colour.
Neither my pic nor Farer's product shots do the dial justice. It's a really cool metallic teal - much more a sea green-type blue than it appears.
The size is great for my modest wrist, with a lug-to-lug quoted at 44mm and it's pretty slender for a chrono thanks to the manual Sellita movement used.
No doubt I'll learn its foibles over the coming weeks but today, I'm completely smitten.

Man I want on of these, love the color way. 👍👍👍
After seeing it on the orange strap, I can’t imagine it looking better on anything else. 🔥
That looks fun.
Very nice colour combination! It match your hair 😜 This watch looks like Omega Speedmaster in a "happy" color. Enjoy the honeymoon !!

Yes! It's like a lairy Speedy!
Wow, that's certainly an attention grabber. Definitely a fun watch, especially paired with that orange strap, but I think I'd feel too conspicuous wearing it. That doesn't stop me from wanting one though 😀
I, too, have looked at one since release.
Will likely never buy one but from what i have read, they are great watches at a reasonable price. And those colors...
❤️
Find one of these if you can
The design of Farer watches is daring and unique. I love so many of their pieces. Congrats on the new watch. Keep us posted.
