I'm as picky about my straps as I am about my watches. Sometimes I literally spend hours searching for the perfect strap. One of my favorites, and one I've gotten a lot of nice feedback on is the tri-color NATO I bought for my Glycine Airman.
I'm not talking about OEM straps. What straps have you selected to go with a particular watch that you think are an excellent match?

My best recent pairing has been my Seiko 6138-8020 Panda chronograph with a horsehide rally strap from WatchGecko
I'm normally more of a bracelet kind of guy, but in certain cases as seen above, leather really is the best way to go.
I’m not a fan of NATO straps but I’ve tried a couple of combinations. The Hamilton with the single pass is the one that I like the most.
This strap on my vintage Timex Marlin seems to be a good match:
On my other Timex, this black silicone strap with red stitching:
And finally, this be$poke red Italian leather $trap for my Bulova Precisionist:
I'm falling in love with this combination. Its casual, but with a leather strap its dressy.
This is a match made in heaven. Tire pattern strap on a goodyear watch.
I like to switch straps to chance the feel of a watch.
Am currently surprised by the fact I might like rubber straps on my Orient dive watch. Especially as these straps were cheap but fit so well. I think I have a preference for curved ends, and the more textured rugged one might be the best look.
I do all custom straps now for that perfect look for me.
Alexander Dauvin Australian Mosaic Opal Dial on a custum Kangaroo Strap.
Zelos Spearfish Burnt Orange Dial on a custum Ostrich Leg Strap.
Nixon, Diplomat GMT 200mm Diver on a custum Cordovan Shinki leather strap.
Orient Open Heart with Sun and Moon complication on a custum Matte Navy Blue Shark Skin Strap.
Working on a Brown Python Strap for my Spinnaker Hunley Ocean Green Diver.
Cheers!
Just added two more yesterday:
A few more:
My Winfield Sky Lead. Replaced the cobalt blue NATO strap with a Hirsch Robby. Looks and feels great.
Another of my favorites:
Most pictures I've seen of Seiko SARB017s have green straps. To me, this always results in clashing colors which don't appeal at all. I like this gold-colored strap which brings out the numerals and contrasts pleasantly with the emerald green dial.
