Look at Farer, StudioUnders0g’s new series 2, Christopher Ward.
It depends on what you’re after but Orient, Seiko, Certina, Hamilton and Citizen are all great brands that sell watches in your price range.
You don’t seem to have a field watch yet and Hamilton are the king of field watches. Otherwise there’s a load of microbrands, but I’d want to know what you’re looking for before recommending one of them.
1000 gets you pretty far. You can get a Christopher Ward GMT for that. OR, you can even get 2 really nice watches too like a Hamilton Field Khaki and an Orient Raven and still have money left over!

I’m gonna say the Hamilton Day/Date pilot watch.
I would add a Hamilton Khaki Field. If you want something very good and very cheap you can get a G-Shock. Always a good addition to a collection
