Thanks for setting up the meetup @Max - it was fun. Good turn out and the Dune tie in was interesting. Not necessarily my thing, but it was cool to see.
Appreciate the efforts.
I always liked watches but didn't know what I didn't know. Bought some fashion watches, then I was in Shanghai on holiday and ended up buying a replica (fake) Rolex Daytona. It was actually a passable...

That’s cool, I love meetups. Those watches really have a cool design. I hope they find their niche. Probably the only drawback for that collection will be its high price.
Note: I'm hoping someone will do a case study about the IWC Ingenieur and this collection. It would be interesting to know where their marketing department is getting its prices from.
For Hamilton, I’d probably go with a field watch out of everything they do. I like the Khakis.
They're looking a bit cheaper than I expected 😕
I'm guessing that the "Dune" watches will be one of the biggest boondoggles in Hamiltons history.
It will be Hamiltons Edsel.

There might be enough Dune fans to scoop up the limited edition 🤷🏻♂️
I love these watches they've made for Dune, but I've made my big purchases, at least for the foreseeable future. $2,500 is a lot to pay for a Ventura.
Hamilton sent me to the premiere last night with the watch!
