Hidden if you can, stacked if you can't. Let the muggles be aware you're wearing a watch (hence more virile and desireable then them) but never sacrifice comfort.
Unless you have some serious forearm sexay, that is. 😛

E - roll your sleeves up. Watch and sleeve don’t interfere, you show off the watch.
I usually roll my sleeves but if can’t the rolled up is the way to go… for me anyway…
F - No shirt. No problem.
You're welcome.
Altering a long sleeved top to highlight a watch feels forced to me. Let your clothing wear as it was designed to be worn.

Agnelli.
That was my option E but I thought no one would get that reference
Stacked for sure! If not that, then I'm rolling with the sleeves up.
It is a California dial, so hidden is better. In the watchbox is best.😉😆
I picked B, but I like either rolled option. They look neater than stacked and still give you at a glance ability to view the time
Hidden - i’m no show off.. though why would anyone double take at A Tudor beats me 😅
E. Over the cuff
In a little lot of cities D is the only option these days
I honestly just pull back both of my sleeves out of habit (started in highschool because I wore bracelets).

E. Over the cuff
Never.
