My G-shock is like my truck. For the most part, I don’t mind the dirt & mud in certain places. It shows that it’s been put through it’s paces & used as intended. But I give it a wash here & there to make sure the junk doesn’t start to affect how it operates.
My Casios get washed with soap and water and a brush if they get dirty. Otherwise, just a wipe down after a wearing. Same with many other of my watches.
I voted D, but I usually just clean them when they get bad, or if the thing I'm doing creates a particular mess, I'll just clean them at the end of the day/job.
For me a G-Shock is meant to get dirty, so I don't mind it overall

(E) Wash it when I'm in the shower.

I usually wash it in the shower or if I am washing my car, when I just drop it in the water.
