So I received my GA-B001 today.
Love how the watch looks, but it is very large and the upper left button pushes against my wrist in a way that may create comfort issues, so I'll have to see how that goes.
The features are solid, though the mode wheel thing (the complication on the left) is pretty much useless, although it is very satisfying to use.
Also legibility is fine, but the lack of second markers and flat colours does mean that it's nothing special and telling the specific minute without using the digital display can be a bit hard.
Overall I like it a lot, but I'll have to see if it's comfortable enough over time.

A very good one, sir
Also got Casio today, but not a G. Looks like a great watch you have.
Hey - we are 6” wrist buddies! I almost never see anyone else rocking big watches with a tiny wrists like us
Was wondering if lugs overhang at all? I’ve stayed away from gshocks because as much as I like a big watch, I don’t dig it when lugs go past my wrist!

Luckily it's on the less huge side of G-Shocks. Wears much better than my GMW-B5000 at the very least.
And as a whole, I think it wears fine. There's no overhang, but the top of the strap has indents that leave air under the strap otherwise. This does give the strap a higher profile and since the straps are part of the case, it sort of looks like overhang, but not really.
