Citizen BN0200 - titanium solar powered ISO diver

Greetings to all watch enthusiasts. Some time ago I bought a new piece for my collection and since there is not exactly the most information on the internet, please take this as such a short pictorial introduction. This watch will eventually also appear in my photo series "Watches under the microscope".

In short, it is a full titanium watch that uses Eco Drive technology. This means that it only needs some sort of light source to power it. It is also a watch that meets the ISO diving standard, so it can handle the rigors of everyday life. Thanks to the Citizen finish, it should stay like new for a long time. The icing on the cake is the traditionally very strong luminescence.

The watch has its negatives too, but I'll save those for a full review sometime.

With Citizen you get the best quality for the money. Citizen slapped the Seiko fanboy out of my system with this watch:

Not the popular opinion but between the Nighthawk Blue Angels vs Seiko Flighty I pick the Citizen any day.

That is some photography skills, and a handsome watch as well! This could likely become my one and only watch if the size wasn't too big for me.

·

I wondering if the watch looks really that cool or just on your very professionell and esthetic pictures 😅.

Because they look stunning.

But here in germany at least Citizen offers only oversized "meh"-looking watches.

I'm looking forward for your review because a solar powered diver would be perfect for me.

Thank you, it's a really nice watch and very affordable too - this one costs me around 255 Eur, so really a bargin. This is a nice EDC watch that can withstand almost all situations.

Awesome shots! 👏I’m interested to know what your negatives are now as you’ve got me curious about this one! The bezel looks really cool, tho reminds me a bit of an Omega.

Citizen needs to hire you as their photographer. That is a great watch with one of Citizen's nicer looking bracelets. Two years ago I was able to get the orange dial version with that same black bezel. I have small wrists and my only complaint is its size.

Awesome watch! Your photography skills are top notch!

I have had this exact watch and it is also the oversized at 44mm. Should be 41mm or 42MM max. Super light and fun watch though but the size is just overbearing.

So gorgeous! 😍😍 If you ever decide to sell it, call me first!

·

Hell of a watch!

Wow that’s nice
