What really pisses me off, I've seen the dial I'm asking about a few days ago and I just can't remember what that was. Probably something by Piaget, but still can't find it.
Nah, it’s only 20 mm wide at the base and it’s getting gradually narrower down to 15 mm to the clasp
So, following up — thanks to @t.zffl and @HotWatchChick69 I've ordered PD1692 as well as San Martin's recreation of BR05, as I'm planning to get my hands on Bell&Ross as well. Now I'm just waiting for now. Thank you all!
