It’s so hard to say goodbye…
I think I liked the idea of owning the 2531.80 more than actually owning it. It looks damn good in pictures but doesn’t fit my wrist well (thanks no taper bracelet). Made the decision to sell it since it doesn’t get the wrist time it deserves. So long, friend!

The fact that a watch at this price has a bracelet with no taper is unacceptable, IMO.

I totally get it. Sometimes you can love the way a watch looks but not how it feels and there is nothing that ruins a watch quicker than an uncomfortable or undesirable bracelet. To me, this watch is amazing and I’ve always wanted one but I also agree that a non tapered bracelet is totally unacceptable at this price point. I also feel like this watch has the iconic look on bracelet only and it isn’t one I would put on a strap so I agree with your choice to sell it sadly.

I made the same decision last year. Loved the looks and the idea of it. Not for me, unfortunately.

I still have mine in black. I wore it on the original bracelet everyday for 12+ years and was indifferent about the bracelet. I guess I never compared it to other watches. I recently swapped the bracelet for for Rubber B rubber strap. The look is very different. Still loving it.

I had one of these for years and wore it loads, I found the bracelet really comfortable, and loved the look, the lack of taper just didn’t bother me at all, it’s a great watch.
