Best non-enthusiast watches/brands?
There are some watches and watchbrands that are pretty much absent from the watch discussion. Some that have been around for a long time. Like for example Inex.
Which watch or watchbrand is never mentioned but is deserving of some attention?
Mine would be Gul and the SpeedStar if I had to choose a specific model 😊

Yeah I think Glycine are starting to make a comeback. That’s good for them. I feel like Certina don’t get enough limelight either.
In order to give a bit of variety to this thread, I’ll go with Bvlgari. We barely hear of Bvlgari here at WC and if we do it is because of the Octo collection.
I’m a bit biased as my dad owns one, a present of his company for 25 years of service shortly after he retired. The design is probably not for everybody, but what if I told you it carries a high-beat in-house movement decorated with fine Geneva stripes behind that gently curved piece of sapphire crystal?

Bulgari Octofinissimo is fantastic. Go try one in. Down side is the price of entry over $10,000

After receiving an Octo Roma as a gift I've been doing a deep dive on Bulgari. I wore the Roma today for Thanksgiving.
The deeper I look the more I find to my liking. I'm hoping my next two watches are both from Bulgari, the Professional GMT and a Diagano Scuba though the Flyback Chrono is also a strong contender.
