Black Case Watches
Anyone else have a thing for black case watches? I have three and keep thinking about getting another. A Porsche Design sorta feels like the move (maybe vintage, maybe new). I dig the new PD Utility https://www.porsche-design.com/us/en/timepieces/chronograph-1-utility--limited-edition/, but acknowledge at $13k seems more than fully priced.

A fair bit of vintage Seiko, with some vintage Doxa, Rolex, Blancpain, Enicar, Benrus, Zenith, etc thrown in. Plus some modern stuff that strikes my tool / diver fancy.

I think they ar supposed to patina a little bit along the way, is part of their charm.
The Sherpa is a cracking watch - a real sleeper.

I currently own four black-cased watches (Vaer Tactical Field, Seiko Street Tuna, Squale 1521 PVD, and a Zodiac Super Seawolf PVD). I want to add another, possibly a CWC SBS Diver. But we will see. There are days I feel like I have too many black divers 😂
