Technically I pronounce it “not the Speedmaster”
This was kind of weird to me too at first. The way I learned is by watching old commercials on YouTube. They advertise it as “Bull-of-uh”. Lots of reviewers nowadays will say Boo-low-vuh. But it’s hard to argue with the people who were told how to pronounce it on national television.
I would never have guessed , in a million years, that this was even a question.
