Looks great on a tropic strap or if you can search vintage rally straps (the big holes) on eBay. I found a NOS 1960s rubber rally strap for my 1964 panda and it has been on it permanently ever since.

For a rally style the Di-Modell Rallye is very nice. Holbens has it.
So many choices for that Dan Henry reference as it is a strap monster.
You can go for the leather rally strap (multiple color options), tropic rubber strap (multiple color options), NATO or Zulu straps, Beads of Rice bracelet or Jubilee bracelet, a sailcloth strap in black, a silicone strap (multiple color choices) or leather dress strap.
I would suggest taking a look at this thread which was posted a few months ago for some vendors to explore to see the multiple different choices and options...

As others have already said, a rally strap is the stand out choice. I think tan leather for the contrast with the black/white watch.
But if you want another option, may I suggest a denim coloured suede strap?
