Dear watchcrunchers, I haven't posted an article in a while, so now I have an interesting topic for modelers. I had to replace the movement because I broke the balance and it is definitely more reasonable to buy a new movement than to repair the original one. The good thing is that I have the whole NH35 for parts if I ever need them, that is, except for the balance. I rather won't go in the details what I've done with it 🙈 So I couldn't resist and changed the hands as well, I always liked the snowflake and I didn't have lume on the original second hand, so I refreshed it a little with a yellow hand. What do you guys think, should I install the original hands back or leave the ones I have now? And the bonus I've got from strapsco, they send me the bundle of five straps so I'm all excited because the leather straps they sent are really good quality. This is certainly not a advertising but a honest writing. Thanks for reading and have a nice weekend 😀😊

I prefer the original hour and minute hand with the yellow second hand that used in the configuration with the "snowflake" hands. The strap looks great. FWIW, I struggled, with admittedly not the lightest touch, with installing the Namoki snowflake hands without scratching them. Any touch with the tweezers (brass) seemed to mark them up, perhaps, they are rodico only install for me :). I hope you have a great weekend as well.

The original hands look good, but I wanted a change, after a while they seemed ordinary 🍻
