Great selection. The only thing you are missing...a chronograph (of course I would notice that).

With the choices you have above, might I suggest a Speedmaster, Black Bay Chrono or Longines Big Eye.

So many great chrono choices in the $3-6k range.

If you want to go microbrand, then Baltic's new panda chronograph is a real winner. I picked up the collaboration with Peter Auto...
