Do you find the day display is ever so slightly misaligned? I ask, because I have the blue, and looking at your photo here, I think yours has the same thing. Trying to work out if the alignment is normal for the model.

Yes, I have the blue one too both look like they might be ever so slightly misaligned the hour markers within the slots on the chapter ring. It's barely noticeable and can be confused by light hitting the indices at different angles. It doesn't bother me.

The case is 40mm not including the crown and the diameter of the sapphire glass is 35mm.

Nice watch, I have the green dial. Underrated line from Seiko, great specs on these.

That dial, especially the color of the date font, screams 70s office watch to me. I like it.

For me it is just the day display. The seconds hand even hits every marker. (I’m wearing it today, but haven’t done a shot yet)
