Mine was gifted to me by my then fiance for our engagement. She got a ring, I got a watch, a Tag Heuer Carrera with a Calibre 16 Valijoux movement.
It may not be the most expensive but it is the most valuable to me.

My first watch since I was in my late teens and im my late 40s.
Raymond Weil Parsifal started the addiction for me 20 years ago. When I was young collecting I ended up selling the original but replaced it with the newer version (looks almost identical) a few years back because I missed it
I've always worn a watch, but this g shock is the watch that got me into watches.
Great milestone, and absolute classic watch, you are a rare collector who nailed it right from the start.
My first watch love and what started it all was my Tag Heuer Series 1000 which I bought in 1991 and sold in 2022, meaning I had it for more than 30 years.
