Ever since I've started wearing watches more and more lately, my watches with metal bands have been extremely annoying, because my arms are very hairy, and hair constantly gets caught/stuck in the links. Obviously I can switch to mostly rubber, fabric, or leather straps, which I sometimes prefer, but certain watches look better with the original bands😪...I'm about to shave my left wrist at this point lol

I use a trimmer and take some hair off. Omega and grand seiko bracelets are ok but some independent brands are more problematic
I started collecting in the days of scissor style expansion bracelets. Back then we just sucked it up. But that was then-before seat belts, bike helmets, wireless remotes, novacain, and memory foam.

I'm 46yrs in and I guess I'm used to it but occasionally I get a few plucked. When I feel that I spin watch on my wrist, taking nips, until the plucking stops.
What watches are you wearing?
My dad gifted me a citizen 20 yrs ago that constantly grabbed my hair. After 2 days of wear, I gave up on it and never wore metal bracelets. Fast forward to 2019, I picked up a watch on bracelet and didn’t have any issues. I now have six on bracelet with no problems.
Jubilee bracelets are nice. Very comfy, minimal hair pull.
