I use this on annoying case backs to replace battery.
Hard to tell but that could be a monobloc case so you access the movement by removing the bezel and crystal.
Well worth doing a bit of research. I’m not closely familiar with Mido and don’t know if they made monobloc cases but I can’t see a seam to prise the back off.

Thank you for the comment. The only problem is that I dont see a gap between the case and the back; it looks like in is all out of one piece of metal
