Concerning your side note, while I do agree that it is a "crime" to keep a watch you don't wear and don't enjoy, I consider gifts different. The reason being that gifts as unreplaceable - you can buy the watch again probably but you cannot buy the gift again. Of course that depends on the kind and importance of the gift :)

Any alpinist with the cathedral hands. Unfortunately I don't own one yet but what I like is the colours, the inner bezel (compass?) and, in general, its design that seems so balanced between dress and casual. To me, it feels like the perfect GADA under 1000.
