With a lug to lug of 46mm and 13mm thick it’s a good size that I can wear it with anything 100m wr if I’m planning on being at the beach. It’s a strap monster and looks great.

It's the C63 Sealander.

I took a look at my collection and looked at a few and thought which watch have I worn the most to do the following: Work, Dressed up, shorts, doing house projects, cut the grass, took to the lake (no diving weak water rest.) and comfortable… I’ll go with the Hamilton King Khaki. I beat this watch up and gets a lot f wrist time honestly.

Farer discovery can go switch the strap to a bracelet or leather , dressed up or down. Indoor or outdoor. I live nowhere near the ocean so we can handle the water resistance in my environment. lol

My next pick up, the Lunar Pilot

My C63 Sealander GMT. Love the white dial, it’s as comfortable working in the yard as it is going to the office. And after a year of ownership, I absolutely love everything this watch offers. (I realize it’s a shade over a grand, but hopefully close enough?)

The definition of GADA is different for each person. My definition of "go anywhere" means going to a nice restaurant. My definition of "do anything" means telling the time while also being beautiful.

SPB151 the Captain Willard. Technically not under $1000 MSRP but readily available from other sites for around a grand most of the time. It does everything, it's not obnoxious, it wears incredibly, killer stats, cool heritage. Whether you're going up river to infiltrate a unit and terminate command or whether you're an errand boy sent by a grocery clerk to collect a bill it really does it all!

It just works every time

This is probably my most frequently worn watch the past 2 years running. I’m usually a bracelet guy, in fact this is one of the only watches I ever bought that doesn’t come with a bracelet.

But it looks amazing with every strap I ever tried!

Only downside is bad lume.

I like the blue dial and simple hands. GMT complication makes it more functional, reinforced steel makes it almost scratch proof, the bracelet is super comfortable and the watch is thin enough to fit under a cuff.
