Tudor Tryouts

So a little bit jealous. My dad and brother got invited to a Tudor day at one of the ADs they go too. They got free food and drinks and managed to get hands on with some of Tudor's latest ranges. I have to say the Tudor Professional looks great on the wrist and not as bad as I thought given the fact it's so thick. My brother ended up putting his name down for the Tudor Royal two tone.

Yeah surprising since it's 3mm bigger than the explorer. I must admit I'm not a huge fan of the ranger.

having owned a pro I can tell you the thickness is only an issue if you make it one. The ranger is not as big as you think it wears like a 39 mm explorer. I get it for some that’s a huge watch but having had both in my wrist my advice is find and strap them on your wrist. Ymmv for sure but you owe it to yourself to at least get some on wrist time with both.

I hear they are supposed to have a new release coming out next week or two. I know it's just a rumor at this point, but I've heard it from enough people I trust to believe it could be true. Wonder what it'll be? I'm hoping for a thinner 300m Pelagos w/o fixed lugs. I mean, we can all hope, can't we?

I haven't heard that but that would be great. I really like the Pelagos but like you say I find the dimensions a bit off putting. Most of their watches are quite thick.

I do find it funny now that Tudor has a waiting list. But shows how well they're doing.

Well your sources were right 👍

A bit too small for me, but that 39 will sell like hotcakes!
