How about the new Tissot T-Sport Seastar 1000 in 40mm? No ceramic bezel but the quartz movement is good for +/-10 seconds a year with a 5 year battery life!

I happen to be selling one lightly used with a bracelet from an SBDN069 instead of the typical silicone strap.
