Pinch isn't really a whisky I'm familiar with, I think it's more of an export brand. This is my favourite, probably the peatiest and smokiest of them all.

My current favorite bourbon these days is Chattanooga Straight Bourbon Wiskey, 91 proof. Makes a good highball. Their 111 is a bit too strong for a highball, but makes a great Old Fashioned, or straight or on the rocks.
Of course Buffalo Trace can't be beat but it is also about as available as MSRP Rolexes. 😂
Scotch is nice but i'm partial to my homemade corn whisky. Force aged in white oak at 53% with only the hearts to prevent hangovers. Done right your watch is too fuzzy to read anyway.
